- No overlapping temperature: Angelfish wants 78–84°F but Zebra Danio wants 64–77°F.
- Zebra Danio is a fin-nipper and will shred the long/flowing fins of Angelfish.
- Angelfish is large enough to threaten a small Zebra Danio — usually fine once both are adult, but watch new additions.
