- Bettas are notorious for hunting shrimp and Red Nose Shrimp is small enough to be worth chasing. Some individuals ignore them completely — provide heavy cover, and be ready to move one or the other.
Sweet spot: both do well at 76–82°F and pH 7–7.5 — aim there.
