Can Wild-Type Betta live with Mischling / Taiwan Bee?

Why
- Wild-Type Betta is one of the animals to keep away from a breeding shrimp colony — either it hunts them, or it out-competes and harasses them until the colony stops replacing itself. A Mischling / Taiwan Bee colony will not hold its numbers.
- Bettas are notorious for hunting shrimp and Mischling / Taiwan Bee is small enough to be worth chasing. Some individuals ignore them completely — provide heavy cover, and be ready to move one or the other.
- No overlapping temperature: Wild-Type Betta wants 76–82°F but Mischling / Taiwan Bee wants 68–74°F.
- Wild-Type Betta will eat Mischling / Taiwan Bee shrimplets. The colony still grows if there is moss or another dense hiding place for the babies.

How to make it work
- Keep a large, established shrimp colony in a heavily planted tank with moss and cover so enough survive to breed.
- Target the overlapping water-parameter range and acclimate slowly.
