- No overlapping temperature: Chocolate Gourami wants 78–86°F but Super Crystal Red Shrimp wants 62–72°F.
- Chocolate Gourami will eat Super Crystal Red Shrimp shrimplets. The colony still grows if there is moss or another dense hiding place for the babies.
