Why
- Electric Blue Crayfish does not belong with Flower Shrimp. Puffers and crayfish are built to eat invertebrates and will take shrimp whatever the size difference — a pea puffer is smaller than an amano and still hunts it — and goldfish both harass shrimp and want cooler water. Keep them in separate tanks.
- Electric Blue Crayfish hunts shrimp. Flower Shrimp is large enough to be awkward prey, but not safe.
Sweet spot: both do well at 68–77°F and pH 6.5–7.5 — aim there.
