- No overlapping temperature: Lambchop Rasbora wants 73–82°F but Red Shadow Panda Shrimp wants 62–72°F.
- Adult Red Shadow Panda Shrimp are safe with Lambchop Rasbora, but it will take newly hatched shrimplets. Give the colony a thick mat of moss and let it reach 30-50 adults before adding fish, and it will still grow — just slower.
- Lambchop Rasbora will eat Red Shadow Panda Shrimp shrimplets. The colony still grows if there is moss or another dense hiding place for the babies.
- Only a narrow water hardness overlap — keep both around 2–4 dGH.
