Why
- No overlapping temperature: Oolong Shrimp wants 62–72°F but Red-Line Rasbora wants 73–81°F.
- Adult Oolong Shrimp are safe with Red-Line Rasbora, but it will take newly hatched shrimplets. Give the colony a thick mat of moss and let it reach 30-50 adults before adding fish, and it will still grow — just slower.
- Red-Line Rasbora will eat Oolong Shrimp shrimplets. The colony still grows if there is moss or another dense hiding place for the babies.
